Order Confirmation.
After placing your order with Pure Vital Power, you will receive an order confirmation email. We realize the value of timely communication, and we will contact you within 24 hours regarding your purchase. If we experience any problems completing your order or with payment, we will tell you by email as soon as possible.
Order Update.
Once your item has been completed, it is normally shipped the same day. If appropriate, you will receive a delivery confirmation email with a tracking number. This email will provide precise information about estimated shipment schedules and how to contact us if you have any questions.
We can send to your home or business, depending on your desire. Our suggested shipping option is registered airmail, which costs $12. This strategy increases security while lowering the danger of loss or theft.
A signature is required upon delivery. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the postal service will leave a notice with advice on how to contact your local post office. They will hold your order for four weeks before returning it to us.
PO Boxes and APO addresses.
We may deliver to PO Boxes and APO locations if your selected delivery option allows it. Simply set your Primary Shipping Address to your PO Box or APO address on the My Account page.
Customs
We operate offshore in India, and your order is treated as an import by your local Customs. There may be a delay while your item is being processed by Customs. To prevent inconvenience, we recommend that you give additional time and order ahead of time. Customs may detain your order for a few days to three weeks, in severe situations, before notifying you.
Delivery Times:
While we dispatch most items within 24-48 hours after receiving, delivery times vary depending on postal or courier provider. The table below illustrates average delivery timeframes. If your order is detained by Customs for pending import duties, it may take an extra 3-21 days before they notify you.
If your purchase has not arrived within the regular delivery period specified above, please wait an extra 7 days before contacting us to see whether it is delayed, in Customs, or maybe lost.
Lost Orders and Reshipments
We recognize that orders sometimes be lost during transit. In such circumstances, we provide reshipment or a refund if you inform us within 8 weeks of the shipping date. Requests received after 8 weeks are not eligible for reshipments or refunds. To be eligible for a replacement order:

The shipping address supplied to us must be correct.
If the incorrect address was provided, you will be charged for the new order. When the original order is returned to us, we will notify you with reimbursement information. Please be aware that the refund may take some time to process because the “return” shipping fee has not been reimbursed.
Returns and refunds.
We are committed to ensuring your pleasure. If you receive a damaged order or do not receive it at all, we will send you a replacement shipment or refund the entire money at your request. We respectfully suggest that you wait 30 days from the order shipment date to check if the order arrives.
If you haven’t received it within this timeframe, it’s still not in your hands, or there’s no indication that the item was returned or placed on hold, please open a support case in our refund area.

We provide refunds for items that satisfy the following conditions:
- The item is unused and unopened.
- The product’s expiration date is greater than three months.
